Over the years, I’ve worked with people facing a wide range of concerns.  Many come to therapy because they’re struggling in their relationships with others or themselves.  Others are looking for relief from anxiety, stress, or depression.  Some feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward.

Life can be messy and hard to navigate.  I believe that long-term psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and work through the patterns, blocks, and pain that keeps us from living more fully.
