LGBTQ

The majority of my 15+ years of experience has been dedicated to helping LGBTQ identified individuals and couples talk more in therapy, have more fulfilling relationships, live life authentically, and reach their goals in life.   I provide a welcoming and inviting space for people to be seen and heard in a world where they may feel invisible, rejected, or misunderstood. Some reasons why people may come to see me are to talk about their sexuality, loneliness or isolation, shame, depression, sexual health, addictions, coming out to themselves or to family and friends, self-acceptance, low self-esteem, dating struggles, or conflicts with family.
