Group Therapy

Group therapy can be truly life-changing.

Why join a group?  Most of the people I work with struggle in some way with relationships.  Many feel disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change.  Group therapy offers a unique space to explore these challenges.

I often describe group as a kind of interpersonal lab. It’s a place where you can safely explore how you relate to others, gain insight into old patterns, and practice new ways of connecting.  Over time, group members learn to be more open, honest, and direct in their relationships, and they receive valuable feedback and encouragement from others who are also committed to their growth.

Current Groups:

  • Mondays, 4:30-6pm-ongoing gay and bisexual men’s group
  • Mondays, 6:30-8pm-ongoing mixed-gender group, co-led with Anna Graybeal, Ph.D.
  • Wednesdays, 12-1:30pm-ongoing mixed-gender group, co-led with Anna Graybeal, Ph.D.
  • Wednesdays,6:00 to 7:30pm-ongoing mixed-gender group
